Job Description

Source, screen, and recruit Florida-licensed real estate agents/brokers to join the brokerage team, ensuring compliance and high-quality client service. Key Performance Indicators: • Identify qualified Florida licensees weekly • Verify licenses and compliance documentation • Increase agent pipeline conversion rate • Schedule interviews and onboarding sessions • Retain onboarded agents through early support Qualifications: • Active real estate license in Florida • Knowledge of Florida real estate licensing requirements • Familiarity with brokerage onboarding processes • Ability to conduct compliance checks and documentation review
