THIS ROLE
Leads and develops high‑performing teams while managing private equity fund operations, ensuring compliance, balancing stakeholder needs, and driving sustainable business growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You’ll drive business growth by leading, organizing, and developing teams, monitoring performance against KPIs, and coaching individuals to achieve consistent results.
- You’ll manage stakeholders by building strong relationships with cluster counterparts and support groups, addressing escalations, and ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.
- You’ll oversee financial operations including NAV reviews, journal entries, capital calls, distributions, investor notices, and complex reporting requirements for private equity funds.
- You’ll ensure compliance with SSAE and statutory requirements, enforce process standards, mitigate risks, and act as first-line escalation for client and team issues.
- You’ll develop talent by providing technical and non-technical guidance, facilitating training, onboarding new funds into accounting platforms, and fostering collaboration across teams.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
- You hold a degree in accounting or a business-related course with 15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in supervisory roles.
- You bring expertise in managing service operations, client deliverables, staff appraisals, and fund accounting services, preferably in private equity.
- You possess strong knowledge of IndAS, IFRS, and GAAP across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, Luxembourg), with proven ability to prepare and review financial statements and disclosures.
- You demonstrate technical skills in preparing/reviewing working papers, using accounting platforms like Investran/Paxus, and applying intermediate Excel functions such as pivot tables, lookups, and logical formulas.
- You excel in communication with advanced verbal and written English proficiency, fluency in an additional foreign language, and experience in multinational or shared services environments.
