Job Description
An entry-level position responsible for performing basic accounting and administrative tasks for private
wealth clients under direct supervision. This role supports fundamental financial operations while
developing knowledge of trust and company structures, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail in
routine processing activities.
- You’ll support private wealth accounting operations by maintaining accurate financial records, documentation, and compliance with established procedures.
- You’ll process basic bookkeeping entries, update accounting records, and prepare working papers and schedules.
- You’ll assist with routine client administration, including monitoring client mailboxes, gathering documents, and supporting reporting requirements.
- You’ll follow compliance checklists, support year-end processes, and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- You’ll build knowledge of trust and corporate structures while supporting team administrative functions and completing assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- You have completed HSC with strong numerical skills and are pursuing ACCA, ACA, an equivalent qualification, or hold a degree.
- You have internship experience or 0–1 year of experience in private wealth management or trust administration (preferred).
- You possess a fundamental understanding of accounting principles and basic proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow compliance procedures while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- You are a proactive and collaborative team player with good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining data integrity.
