- Lead recruitment for the Hardware QA department, enhancing hiring efficiency.
- Report quality KPIs and department performance to senior management.
What we expect of you:
- Proven experience managing multi-team QA departments (managing team leads and QA engineers).
- Strong leadership skills, able to manage and develop team leads.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Process-improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of QA processes, test planning, and defect-tracking tools.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve testing bottlenecks across multiple concurrent products.
- Budget planning and resource management experience.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Experience in QA / test management within hardware, IoT, or GPS/tracking devices is a major advantage.
What we offer:
- Great opportunities to grow in a strong and rapidly expanding company.
- Interesting and ambitious projects of industrial GPS tracking devices.
- Place where curiosity is key: here, we share knowledge and learn in training courses, conferences or business trips.
- Dynamic, challenging work environment and cooperation-based internal culture.
- Care about your emotional and physical well-being by offering flexible work schedules, hybrid work opportunities and health insurance.
- Company-paid sports activities (basketball, football, volleyball, yoga) and other sports events.
- Celebrating achievements and having fun together in team building, summer festivals, and other important occasions.
- Opportunity for solid bonuses when participating in the recommendation program.
- We delight with birthday and Christmas gifts and rewards on work anniversaries.
- Office snacks.
