Job Description
We are looking for a digital marketing professional with strong technical skills and a passion for optimizing the online experience. This role will focus on how Colliers shows up in our EMEA digital shop window, ensuring our websites deliver compelling, user-friendly experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
You will be responsible for supporting our Global website platform creating and publishing content through Sitecore’s Content Management System (CMS), and support the delivery and management of our EMEA and country website user training platform, and ongoing users learning development program. You will collaborate with country teams, global martech and IT teams and advise on best practices for user experience, SEO, AEO, GEO and content performance. The ideal candidate combines technical know-how with marketing insight, supporting implementation at an EMEA level while partnering with country and global teams for rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update content across Sitecore and SharePoint websites. Collaborate with Global, EMEA and country marketing teams to implement website enhancements and optimize user journeys and be the contact person for country requests and developments.
- Advise on UX best practices and ensure consistency across EMEA sites.
- Drive SEO, AEO, GEO strategies to improve visibility and ranking in collaboration with the Marketing Managers.
- Collaborate with Senior Global Business Analyst to monitor and report on website traffic and performance, providing actionable insights.
- Provide training and support on CMS usage and digital best practices.
- Liaise with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with our country digital leaders to implement and train CMS users on how to deploy new features on the country websites.
- Assist with website audit programs to ensure countries are adhering to high quality standards and best practice across the website platform.
- Ensure ongoing operational excellence, governance, and best practices.
- Establish an effective working relationship with peers and meet timeframes while balancing the need to produce high quality work.
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience in digital marketing with strong CMS expertise (Sitecore or multi-geography CMS preferred).
- Solid understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO and Google analytics.
- Familiarity with UX principles and ability to advise on enhancements.
- Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic front-end knowledge).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English (C1).
- Experience working in international environments and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of personalization and user journey optimization.
- Understanding of property marketing.
- Understanding of architecture and API integrations.
