Customer Service Specialist (all genders)

Job Description
- Independently manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations via email
- Support the day-to-day operations of our call center by taking on additional operational tasks
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process and workflow improvements
- Support the Quality team in maintaining and improving service quality standards
- Create and maintain workflow documentation in both German and English
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, ideally in a call center environment
- Experience with Google Workspace; knowledge of Jira and Zendesk is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Quick learner with a proactive approach and a high level of ownership
- Hands-on mentality with excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Resilient, well-organized, and a strong team player
