We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon, India. **Strategic Sales & Market Development**
- Conduct ongoing market analysis and competitive assessment to identify opportunities and inform sales strategy development for assigned segments
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with senior leadership to drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new business prospects within targeted market segments, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations
- Establish and nurture relationships with current and prospective customers to support sustainable business expansion
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, market events, and competitive landscape relevant to your sales territory
- Analyze market data and customer insights to customize sales approaches and maximize conversion rates
**Sales Performance & Reporting**
- Develop annual sales goals and working plans, monitoring actual performance against targets and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Submit regular reporting including weekly sales plans, monthly market analysis, and daily activity reports to senior management
- Provide the Director of Sales with progress updates on activities, customer intelligence, forecasts, and actionable feedback
- Contribute to increased business volume and revenue targets through strategic execution and team accountability
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
**Team Leadership & Motivation**
- Develop, mentor, and motivate the sales team, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and smooth departmental functioning
- Establish clear departmental objectives and ensure all personnel are informed of policies, expectations, and safety provisions
- Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment that encourages innovation, resilience, and professional growth
- Respond promptly to team queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational requirements

**Customer Focus & Relationship Management**
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and satisfaction through effective coordination with all departments

- Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product and service improvements
**Financial & Operational Management**
- Identify cost-effective resource utilization and educate the team on optimal practices

- Escalate matters affecting organizational interests to management attention promptly and transparently
Qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity
- Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon market and local business landscape
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance goals
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage sales teams
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the hospitality, retail, or B2B sales environment
- Certification in sales management or professional selling
- Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Familiarity with market analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
- Multilingual abilities (Hindi and English proficiency is advantageous)
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organizational environment
