RMC is seeking a highly qualified Zero Trust Program Manager (ZTPM) to lead and oversee Zero Trust initiatives supporting NSWC Crane’s Information Technology Division. This role requires a strategic and technical leader responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the transition to a Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA).

- Assessment & Gap Analysis: Execute Zero Trust maturity assessments to identify capability gaps and build actionable roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as liaison between leadership, mission partners, and technical teams.
- Technology Oversight: Oversee integration of MFA, NAC, and PAM technologies.
- Change Management: Drive organizational transformation through training and communication.
- Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance and effectiveness of the Zero Trust Architecture against evolving threats.
