What You’ll Do:
Reach out to new prospects through calling, referrals, networking, and community involvement
Hold needs-based consultations to recommend the best insurance options
Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
Deliver outstanding service and build long-term client relationships
Hit your monthly sales and service targets
Stay updated on insurance products, policy guidelines, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For:
Previous sales experience with a record of success
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is a plus, but not required
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Self-starter who’s able to work well alone or with a team
Bilingual is a bonus
