Job Description
1. Customer Service and Operations
• Welcome parents / guests to the Kids Club and show them around.
• Monitor all activities and no child is left unobserved.
• Reports all breakage’s / losses.
• Helps the Supervisor to market the Resort once the children have left by
• Sending them birthday cards
• Corresponding with the children
• Cleans the inside and outside of the club to the highest of standards.
• Ensures all necessary forms are filled in by the parents.
• Replace the Supervisor on his /her OFF day or when on leave.
2. Health & Safety
• Maintain a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviours.
• Conversant and adherent to First Aid practices and Child Safety.
• Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and
security policy are met.
Qualifications
Qualification:
• Middle or Secondary Education + Additional training or certificates in the relevant field is a plus.
• Basic First Aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation ) certification is a plus.
Experience:
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in hotel industry.
• Proven experience working in a top luxury resorts is a plus.
• Must have experience working with children ages 10 months to 12 years of age is a plus.
Technical skills:
• Multitask skills.
• Must be able to complete duties in a timely manner and be able to function in a fast paced
environment.
• Must be able to communicate with parents professionally, courteously, and empathetically.
• Ability and willingness to participate and engage in children’s activities.
