OfficeBangkokSE
As an AI Innovation Manager, you are a senior individual contributor driving AI-powered workflow transformation across Creator Growth. You don't just use AI tools you build, ship, and operate production-grade agents, automations, and web-apps that measurably increase throughput, reduce errors, and improve reliability across teams. You set the technical bar for how CG adopts AI, and you actively raise the fluency of everyone around you. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role that bridges operations, data, and practical AI execution. You own delivery directly and lead through expertise and influence. It is not a pure “generative AI content creator” role though fluency with generative content is a plus.
What You'll Do
- Workflow Discovery & Prioritization
- Audit CG workflows across Channel Development, Commercial/BD, CMS ops, Production, Affiliate, and regional market teams
- Identify high-leverage opportunities where agents outperform manual processes on speed, volume, and consistency
- Own a prioritized backlog using a scoring model (impact × feasibility × data readiness), and defend sequencing decisions to stakeholders - Agent / Automation Architecture
- Design end-to-end “human + agent” systems with clear checkpoints (approve/review/exception handling)
- Choose and justify the right architecture: automation-first (n8n/Zapier), LLM agent, multi-agent, or hybrid including always-on / long-running agents
- Define the human agent interface at each step: what is autonomous, what is reviewable, what requires human judgment - Build, Deploy & Operate
- Build and ship software and agents yourself using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity) connecting Sheets/CRM/data sources/APIs
- Stand up and maintain always-on agents and agentic workflows, from shadow mode to production
- Own prompt/tool configuration, versioning, documentation, deployment, and hosting (e.g., Railway/serverless)
- Establish and enforce quality control for agent outputs and workflow reliability - Monitoring, QA & Optimization
- Define KPIs (time saved, throughput, accuracy/error rate, business-impact proxy)
- Maintain reliability through logging, QA gates, and iterative improvement after model or process changes
- Produce health reporting so stakeholders know what is running, how it performs, and where it needs attention - Knowledge Leadership & Enablement (through influence, not management)
- Stay ahead of the AI landscape track new models, tools, and techniques, and translate what matters into CG practice
- Run internal knowledge-sharing (demos, docs, playbooks, brown-bags) to level up the team and the wider org
- Train users to operate alongside agents (what changed, how to escalate, what to trust)
- Partner with market teams (TH, ID, VN, PH, MY, JP, HK) to adapt workflows to local variations
Who You Are
- 4+ years in a technology-driven, digital marketing, or product/ops role, with a demonstrable track record of shipping AI agents, automations, or software into production (portfolio / repos / live systems required)
- Proficient and productive with **Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity**, or equivalent agentic coding tools. You build real, working software with them, not just prototypes
- Hands-on experience creating always-on AI agents or agentic workflows that integrate multiple tools/APIs
- Genuinely passionate about AI; you actively follow the news, test the latest tools, and share knowledge across teams
- Fluent using generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Manus, etc.) to solve business and operational problems
- Systematic iteration toward reliable, high-quality, structured outputs
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and scripting (Python/JavaScript)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver with a bias toward shipping working systems
- Good command of English (written and spoken) for effective communication with regional partners though hands-on agentic-coding proficiency is prioritized over language polish
