The Role
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Account Director to lead a portfolio of our most culturally significant and fastest-growing accounts. This is a leadership role at the intersection of brand fame and commercial performance, steering the strategy for Hawkstone, Five Guys, and The Farmer's Dog.
You will be responsible for guiding the day-to-day communications strategy, managing a talented team, and driving an integrated approach that rejects silos. This isn't a traditional planning role; it's about being a strategic partner to our clients, translating real-time cultural signals into effective, business-driving activity. We want an enthusiastic and passionate leader who thinks in terms of commercial outcomes and inspires their team to operate with speed and agility.
The Clients
You will be the strategic lead across some of the UK's most exciting and culturally relevant brands:
- Hawkstone: The fastest-growing beer and cider brand in the UK. Born from Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm, it's a brand built on social media, with an authentic story and a massive, engaged following.
- Five Guys: The iconic global burger brand, synonymous with quality and a cult-like customer base.
- The Farmer's Dog: Hawkstone's own pub, a living case study in brand building and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day strategic output for your accounts, owning the response to briefs and proactively identifying tactical, in-culture opportunities.
- Own the account workflow, ensuring our integrated teams (Creative, Media, Data) operate seamlessly and at pace.
- Act as a key senior client contact, building trust and partnership through exceptional service and delivering against commercial goals.
- Be comfortable and compelling when presenting work, ideas, and results to senior clients, agency partners, and internal teams.
- Work with the Media Client Lead and Head of &Accelerate to explore opportunities for innovation and revenue growth.
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of all media activation, managing workflow through our specialist teams where necessary.
- Ensure all reporting delivers sharp, actionable insights that feed our live feedback loop—moving beyond post-campaign analysis to in-flight optimisation.
- Maintain full oversight of all financial aspects of the account (billings, reconciliations, finance queries).
- Live and breathe 'The Power of &', ensuring creative and media are never separate conversations.
- Coach, support, and develop your direct reports (Account Executive) through regular 1-2-1s and active mentorship.
