Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as Healthcare Trainer
- Can start ASAP; Target start date on July 13, 2026
- Willing to work onsite in Vertis North
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Facilitate process, product, and communication training for new hire nesting and endorsement classes.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze training metrics and key performance indicators to identify knowledge gaps and formulate action plans.
- Quality Calibration: Collaborate with quality analysts and operations managers to align on account updates and customer satisfaction goals.
- Agent Coaching: Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to improve handling times, first-call resolution, and soft skills.
- Administrative Management: Maintain attendance records, training evaluations, and graduation reports.
