The Clinic Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily clinical operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, overseeing nursing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting efficient clinic operations. This role provides leadership to the nursing team while ensuring adherence to clinical standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications (Non-negotiable):
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and infection control practices.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
