Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for open roles in Lebanon. You will manage the end-to-end hiring process in close partnership with hiring managers to deliver against time-to-fill and quality goals.
Job PurposeOwn the full recruiting lifecycle for Lebanon roles—driving high-quality hiring outcomes through effective sourcing, structured screening, timely interview coordination, accurate documentation, and performance reporting.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards)

Qualifications
- applicant tracking systems (ATS) experience
- sourcing using LinkedIn and job boards
- proven ability to manage end-to-end recruiting processes
- experience coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate schedules
- working knowledge of basic HR compliance and hiring documentation
- ability to use recruiting metrics reporting to track throughput and time-to-fill
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- experience with talent assessment and structured interviewing
- high organizational skills to meet hiring timelines and priority role SLAs
- commitment to candidate experience and timely follow-up
