Job Description

As  a Workplace Project Consultant within our team, you will be a key player in the transformation to the Modern Workplace at our customers. You combine strong technical expertise with a project-based and advisory approach.

The market is evolving at lightning speed. You will support organizations in their evolution from traditional endpoint management (SCCM) to a modern, cloud-first approach with Microsoft Intune while responding to current market trends such as:

• Phasing out on-prem SCCM-only environments
• Mass adoption of Intune & cloud management (Cloud-native device management)
• Growing focus on Digital Employee experience (DEX) instead of pure IT metrics
• Integration of AI (Copilot) in the digital workplace
• Increasing need for security & compliance governance

In this role, you actively contribute to that transformation and position yourself as an expert in one of the most sought-after domains within IT.

Qualifications

Your responsibilities

• Designing and implementing endpoint management solutions
  • SCCM (Configuration, packaging, deployments)
  • Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, policies, compliance)
• Supervising migrations to Modern Management
  • Co-management (SCCM + Intune)
  • Autopilot deployments
  • Windows 10 → Windows 11 transitions
• Improving the digital user experience (DEX)
  • Integration and analysis via Nexthink / ControlUp
• Actively advising clients on:
  • Device lifecycle management
  • Security & compliance
  • Future-ready workplace architecture
• Troubleshooting and optimization of enterprise environments

You will work both autonomously and in a team in high-complexity enterprise environments.

Must-have

• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SCCM / MECM (software packaging, deployments, task sequences)
  • Microsoft Intune (configuratie, compliance, app deployment)
• Experience with:
  • Co-management setup
  • Windows 10/11 management and migrations
  • Powershell and remediations
• Project experience in complex enterprise environments

Strong Assets

• Knowledge of DEX tooling
  • Nexthink and/or ControlUp (monitoring, analytics, remediation)
• Broad Microsoft 365 expertise:
  • Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Identity Management, exchange
  • Basic Knowledge Microsoft Copilot use cases
• Security & compliance:
  • Microsoft Defender / Endpoint Security
  • Microsoft M365 Security framework
  • Microsoft Purview
• Experience with:
  • Application lifecycle management
  • Packaging (MSI, Win32 apps)
  • AI assisted automation & scripting
