Job Description
Lead group-wide finance and accounting operations across SCG holdings and JVs, ensuring robust governance, accurate reporting, and audit-ready controls.
Job PurposeOwn end-to-end group accounting processes—from systems and policies to month-end close, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, investments support, and compliance—so that all entities deliver timely, accurate, and tax-efficient financial information.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Accounting systems implementation
- Group accounting policies & compliance
- Month-end close & reconciliation controls
- Financial reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Payroll review & accounting accuracy
- Budgeting & cashflow forecasting
- Investments & tax-efficient JV structuring
- External audit coordination
- Statutory filings management
- Governance & reporting tools enhancement
- Advanced Excel & spreadsheet analysis
- Executive stakeholder communication
- Issue investigation & problem solving
Qualifications
- Accounting software (ERP/GL)
- Financial reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Month-end reconciliation & controls expertise
- Budgeting & cashflow forecasting experience
- External audit coordination experience
- Statutory compliance & reporting knowledge
- Tax-efficient JV/investment structuring knowledge
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet analysis proficiency
- Executive stakeholder communication skills
- Accounting investigation & problem-solving skills
