Head of Group Finance & Accounting Operations

Lead group-wide finance and accounting operations across SCG holdings and JVs, ensuring robust governance, accurate reporting, and audit-ready controls.

Job Purpose

Own end-to-end group accounting processes—from system/policy implementation to month-end close, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, investments structuring, and statutory compliance—delivering reliable financial information for executive decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• accounting systems implementation experience (ERP/GL)
• strong financial reporting expertise
• proven month-end reconciliation and close controls experience
• budgeting and cashflow forecasting capability
• experience coordinating external audits and statutory filings
• knowledge of tax-efficient JV/investment structuring
• advanced Excel and spreadsheet modeling skills
