Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for our open roles in Lebanon. You will own the end-to-end hiring workflow—building pipeline, coordinating interviews, and ensuring hiring decisions are made on time while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Job PurposeTo fill current and upcoming vacancies in Lebanon by executing efficient, data-driven recruitment processes that meet agreed timelines, quality targets, and monthly hiring KPIs—while maintaining a consistent and strong candidate pipeline.
