As Head of Remuneration Advisory, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how SEEK approaches remuneration across APAC. This newly created leadership role has been established to strengthen strategic remuneration partnering across the business and elevate the impact of the Remuneration & Benefits team as a trusted advisor to leaders, HRBPs and the broader People & Culture function.
This role has been created to build stronger connections between remuneration, people strategy and business outcomes, making it one of the most visible and influential remuneration leadership opportunities within SEEK.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide strategic remuneration advice on complex reward decisions across APAC.
- Lead remuneration benchmarking, market pricing and the evolution of remuneration frameworks.
- Build trusted partnerships with HR Business Partners, People Leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Develop SEEK's pay transparency strategy and remuneration education programs.
- Lead and develop a high-performing remuneration advisory team.
- Partner across Remuneration & Benefits, People & Culture and the business to deliver an integrated employee experience.
- Identify opportunities to continually improve remuneration practices, governance and commercial outcomes.
Your influence will extend well beyond remuneration itself- helping shape how SEEK attracts, retains and rewards talent across diverse markets.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a strategic remuneration leader who combines deep technical expertise with exceptional business partnering and stakeholder influence.
You may bring:
- Significant remuneration experience within a large, complex or ASX-listed organisation, with exposure across Australia and Asia-Pacific.
- A track record of partnering with senior leaders to solve complex remuneration challenges and influence commercial people decisions.
- Strong expertise in remuneration frameworks, market benchmarking, pay governance and market competitiveness.
- Experience leading initiatives that strengthen pay transparency, manager capability and remuneration communication.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trusted relationships across People & Culture, Finance and the broader business.
- Commercial judgement, analytical capability and the confidence to translate complex remuneration concepts into practical business advice.
- A passion for developing people, leading through influence and continually improving how remuneration supports organisational performance.
Most importantly, you'll enjoy partnering with people, solving complex reward challenges and helping organisations make thoughtful, commercially sound remuneration decisions.
