Content Design Intern (Localisation HK)

Job Description

• Support the creation and improvement of product copy, marketing content and other materials for the Hong Kong market
• Help write and review content so it is clear, consistent, user-centred and aligned to SEEK’s voice and style
• Assist with localisation and content adaptation work across English and Cantonese content
• Support translation and content operations work, including glossary updates and content QA
• Work with your manager to set and align on priorities, timelines and learning goals
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers and marketers to create cohesive content across touchpoints and channels
• Help review research materials such as surveys, scripts and participant communications
• Contribute to content audits, competitor reviews and other content design tasks
• Learn and apply product design and human-centred design principles in day-to-day work
• Continuously improve your craft through feedback, mentoring and hands-on practice

Qualifications

• Native fluency in Cantonese and fluency in English
• Strong interest in writing, content design, UX writing, localisation or communications
• Familiarity with digital products, apps or websites is helpful
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in AI and translation tools will be an advantage
• A genuine interest in writing, designing and how content can improve people’s experiences
• A learning and growth mindset
