Job Description
- Develop all types of plans and guarantee their rationality and executability.
- Monitor plan implementation, proactively report deviations in a timely manner and issue effective early warnings.
- Track and supervise manpower deployment for production, document, analyze and report all constraints that may impact the project schedule.
- Cooperate and coordinate with teams on tendering and other related work.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of planning experience in offshore engineering or large-scale engineering projects.
- Proven hands-on experience in developing overall EPC master schedules for at least one complete project; capable of independently preparing tender and project schedules.
- Proficient in planning management software including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Good written and verbal English proficiency for daily work; able to compile tender schedules in English.
- Prior experience in offshore module construction or similar complex projects is preferred.
