Furniture Sourcing & Logistics Agent - Foshan / 家具采购与物流代理 - 佛山

We are looking for a part-time contractor in Foshan to help source, evaluate, purchase, coordinate, and deliver furniture for a custom home once the design is complete. This is a one-time paid hourly project for a personal family home, not a full-time company role.

我们正在寻找一位位于佛山的兼职合同制家具采购与物流代理，在定制住宅设计完成后，帮助我们寻找、筛选、采购、协调并交付家具。这是一个一次性的按小时付费项目，用于个人家庭住宅，并非全职公司岗位。

Responsibilities / 工作内容

- Visit furniture markets, showrooms, factories, and suppliers in Foshan and nearby areas to source furniture options.

- 前往佛山及周边家具市场、展厅、工厂和供应商处寻找合适家具。

- Collect photos, videos, dimensions, pricing, material details, lead times, and supplier contact information.

- 收集照片、视频、尺寸、价格、材质信息、交期和供应商联系方式。

- Compare options against design direction, budget, quality expectations, and delivery requirements.

- 根据设计方向、预算、质量要求和交付需求比较不同选择。

- Help negotiate, place orders, track production or availability, inspect items where practical, and coordinate local logistics.

- 协助议价、下单、跟进生产或库存、在可行时验货，并协调本地物流。

- Provide clear updates in English or bilingual English/Chinese with organized photos, links, quotes, and next steps.

- 用英文或中英文双语提供清晰更新，包括整理好的照片、链接、报价和下一步建议。

Requirements / 要求

- Based in or near Foshan, with practical knowledge of local furniture markets and suppliers.

- 常驻佛山或佛山附近，熟悉本地家具市场和供应商。

- Experience with furniture sourcing, interior design procurement, home renovation purchasing, logistics coordination, or supplier management.

- 有家具采购、室内设计采购、家装采购、物流协调或供应商管理经验。

- Comfortable visiting suppliers independently, asking detailed questions, taking useful photos/videos, and reporting back clearly.

- 能够独立拜访供应商、询问细节、拍摄有用的照片/视频，并清晰汇报。

- Strong attention to quality, measurements, materials, finish, timing, and delivery risk.

- 重视质量、尺寸、材质、表面工艺、时间安排和交付风险。

- Reliable, responsive, practical, and comfortable with a one-time part-time contractor arrangement paid hourly.

- 可靠、响应及时、务实，并接受一次性兼职合同制、按小时付费的合作方式。

- Experience sourcing for high-end homes, custom interiors, hospitality projects, or export buyers.

- Ability to coordinate delivery, installation, packaging, warehousing, or freight forwarding.

- Comfortable communicating through WeChat and keeping sourcing records organized.
