Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support the coordination and execution of promotional events, community activities, and customer engagement initiatives. Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
- Support event logistics and on-site operations.
- Welcome attendees and provide professional assistance.
- Manage guest flow and support registration activities.
- Organize promotional materials and event displays.
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution.
- Gather attendee feedback and event observations.
- Respond to attendee questions in a professional manner.
- Represent the company positively during all event activities.
Qualifications
