Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end creative delivery across multiple client projects
(pitch decks, brand identity, video, marketing materials)
- Translate client briefs into clear creative direction and specifications
- Quality assurance of all deliverables before handoff—ensuring brand
alignment, strategic fit, and production excellence
- Manage client timelines, budgets (credits), and expectations
- Collaborate with AI production tools and freelance creatives to execute projects
- Maintain and evolve client creative profiles (brand voice, design direction,
strategic positioning)
- Provide strategic creative input: challenge briefs, suggest pivots,
identify opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across MENA founders/startups
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows
- Familiarity with pitch decks, brand guidelines, video production
- - Startup/founder mentality
Qualifications
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 3-5 years in creative/design agency, startup, or in-house brand/marketing
- Strong portfolio showing taste and creative judgment (not necessarily your own work)
- Project management: timelines, scope, stakeholder communication
- Bilingual (Arabic/English) preferred for client communication
- Understanding of brand strategy, positioning, messaging
- Comfortable leading quality reviews and giving creative feedback
- Self-starter who can own projects end-to-end
