- Recepcionar os hóspedes/clientes na chegada ao hotel, abordando-os, retirando bagagens, acompanhando-os ao apartamento, apresentando as instalações e prestando informações gerais sobre a unidade e outros.
- Executar serviços de entrega de documentos, encomendas e outros nos apartamentos, atendendo à solicitações dos hóspedes, bem como controlar envio e recebimento de malotes.
- Cuidar das bagagens, zelando pela sua integridade e segurança, bem como identificá-las corretamente, afixando o ticket de bagagem.
- Manter a organização e controle dos itens guardados no Maleiro, tais como protocolos, malas e etc.
- Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área..
Qualificações
- Ensino médio completo
- Inglês Básico
