Lavipharm is looking for a highly efficient and dynamic Credit Controller to join the Finance team.

Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day activities of credit department.
Monitor and manage the credit control processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Review and analyze financial records of customers to assess creditworthiness.
Maintain accurate credit files and records and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and address any payment delays or discrepancies promptly.
Work closely with customers providing excellent customer service and resolving billing inquiries or disputes.
Generate regular reports on accounts receivable, collections and credit risk to management
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to credit control and propose process enhancements when necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing credit and accounts receivables or in a similar credit management role
Strong knowledge of credit control principles and practices
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial information, perform risk assessments and make informed credit decisions
Ability to implement accounting principles and practices effectively
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve conflicts
