Pharmacy1st Health is building the clinical infrastructure for rural America by transforming independent pharmacies into integrated care delivery hubs. Our model combines primary care, pharmacy services, and chronic disease management under one roof, creating a new, lower-cost site of care for underserved communities.

We operate across multiple states and are rapidly expanding a network of rural clinics co-located with pharmacies. Our goal is to deliver scalable, high-quality care while improving access, outcomes, and cost efficiency.

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items throughout the store, and escalate complex or clinical questions to the pharmacist.

  • Support the pharmacy team as needed, including helping with prescription intake, labeling, and general workflow tasks during busy periods.

  • Receive and process prescription orders from patients and healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

  • Manage front shop and pharmacy inventory, including stocking shelves, receiving deliveries, and flagging low-supply items.

  • Handle insurance claim processing and assist patients with billing and payment questions at the point of sale.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant environment in accordance with state and federal regulations and HIPAA requirements.

  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with customers and patients, fostering a positive in-store experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).

  • Willingness to obtain state pharmacy technician registration or licensure.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

  • Friendly, professional communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging directly with customers.

  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with point-of-sale or pharmacy software is a plus.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
