Responsible for targeting new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.
Any matter which may effect the interests of ACCOR should be brought to the attention of the Management.
Particular focus will be on rooms business from the Hyderabad market for Novotel Hyderabad.
Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the organization.
Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to direct the Sales & Marketing department to achieve objectives established in the Organization’s Strategic Plan.
Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination and co-operation with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad and Hyderabad International Convention Centre to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
Identify optimal, cost effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same.
Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to prepare Annual Sales goals, develop working plans to carry out goals, compare actual achievements against goals and hence take necessary corrective action.

Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable hospitality school
Minimum 5 years of Sales management experience or at least an years of experience in a similar capacity with proven records
High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
