Your impact
- Drive complex, multi‑domain technology programs across teams and platforms
- Connect multiple initiatives into a single coherent program with clear goals, metrics, and delivery sequencing.
- Shape program management practices and delivery standards at an organizational level.
- Support strategic decision‑making through structured analysis of risks, trade‑offs, and business cases.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue impact.
- Enable faster and more predictable delivery at scale.
Scope of collaboration
- Orchestrate cross‑functional work across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate architectural decisions and proactively manage integration risks.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners.
- Build mechanisms for delivery predictability, monitoring, and reporting.
- Introduce automation and leverage AI to enhance program management processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technology program management (6–8 years).
- Track record of delivering complex, high‑impact programs.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
- A combination of strategic thinking and strong execution.
Key skills
- Program and roadmap management.
- Strong understanding of Agile / Lean / Kanban methodologies.
- Analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
- Experience working with cross‑functional and technical teams.
- English B2+
