SharePoint Admin Specialist (SharePoint Framework SPFx) | Hybrid - Centris/Makat

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Administrator/Specialist to manage, configure, and secure our SharePoint environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site architecture, access control, troubleshooting, ensuring data integrity, and automating workflows to enhance collaboration.

Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Site & Content ManagementCreate, configure, and manage site collections, document libraries, lists, and enterprise metadata to ensure effective content organization.
• Security & PermissionsAdminister user access, assign site roles, and enforce proper permission structures to safeguard sensitive data.
• User Support & TrainingProvide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve system-related concerns, and conduct user training on SharePoint best practices.
• Automation & WorkflowsDesign, develop, and maintain workflows, forms, and integrations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• System MaintenancePerform regular system monitoring, manage storage, conduct backups, apply updates, and maintain logs to ensure platform stability.
• Governance & ComplianceImplement and enforce SharePoint governance policies, manage sharing settings, and ensure compliance with organizational and IT standards.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration, including SPFx development experience.
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate), and Active Directory.
• Soft Skills
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills
