[Fiat] Payment Risk Control Lead

Responsibilities

1. Support risk operations by conducting campaign reviews, activity data quality checks, case reviews, and user behaviour analysis based on operational needs
2. Perform in-depth analysis combining internal and external data to provide actionable insights supporting operational decisions, strategy development, and model iteration
3. Continuously monitor data, define risk indicators, optimise workflows, and establish a standardised risk operations framework to improve operational efficiency
4. Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and other teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and risk control strategies

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data operations, with exposure to at least one of the following: business risk control, marketing anti-fraud, account security, or fund security
2. Proficient in SQL with the ability to conduct independent data analysis; experience with R or Python is a plus
3. Strong business acumen and risk intuition, with solid logical thinking and data sensitivity — candidates should be able to identify risks from anomalous data and articulate the underlying causes
4. Fluency in spoken Mandarine is a plus
