Job Description

1. Position Summary:

Rixos Phu Quoc is seeking an efficient Telecommunications Agent to be in-charged telephone operators and ensure timely communication support for guests and staff.

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Call Handling: Monitor and support call management.

• Equipment: Ensure proper functioning of telecom equipment.

• Reporting: Maintain call logs and performance reports.

• Coordination: Communicate with departments for service needs.

Qualifications

Compliance and Standards: Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements, international standards, health and safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices. Continuously review and update operational processes to ensure alignment with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.

Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations by overseeing proper purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation practices across all departments.

Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in telecommunications and supervision.

• Technical knowledge of telecom systems.

• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Working Conditions:

  Full-time position

• Rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
