Network Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure. The role ensures secure, stable, and high-performing connectivity across organizational systems, data centers, and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, and WLAN network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage routing, switching, and network security devices.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and performance issues.
• Support firewall configurations, VPNs, and secure remote access solutions.
• Implement network upgrades, patches, and configuration changes with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and system teams for integrated solutions.
• Ensure network availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network topology, configurations, and procedures.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Provide on-call support for critical network issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise networking.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of routing, switching, and network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, etc.).
• CCNP certification required; CCIE certification is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in production environments.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership of tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with network security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN technologies).
• Familiarity with SD-WAN and cloud networking (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.).
• Understanding of ITIL processes and change management.
• Exposure to virtualization and datacenter networking.
