Lead Construction Manager - Data Center

Job Description
- Lead end-to-end construction management activities for data center projects.
- Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, environmental requirements, and company standards.
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, workmanship, and construction standards are maintained.
- Manage project reporting, including schedule updates, cost tracking, and executive-level status reports.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, commissioning, and operations teams to support project delivery.
- Lead issue resolution and decision-making processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support procurement activities, contract negotiations, and change management processes.
- Ensure successful project handover, commissioning, and closeout activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of construction management experience
- Proven experience delivering complex construction projects valued at over USD 100 million.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and critical infrastructure environments.
- Experience managing multiple contractors and cross-functional project teams.
- Excellent understanding of project controls, scheduling, cost management, and risk management.
- Familiarity with industry standards, building regulations, and construction best practices.
