Job Description
We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for our offices in Seville.
Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, your responsibilities focus on maintaining operational excellence. Core duties typically involve executing quality control procedures, auditing processes & projects, tracking performance data, and supporting continual improvement initiatives to ensure products or services consistently meet regulatory and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Data & Reporting: Provide statistical data and KPIs to internal/external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and compliance.
- Training & Quality Culture: Coach employees on quality standards and objectives, promoting a culture of continual improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in customer meetings to align quality processes with business and regulatory requirements.
- Process Optimization: Improve operational processes and quality tools to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Root Cause Analysis: Support investigations of non-conformities using structured methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, 8D) and propose corrective actions.
- QMS Documentation: Create and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in line with ISO 9001, EN 9100, and other standards.
- Failure Prevention: Analyze failures, identify risks, and implement preventive measures to ensure product/service reliability.
Qualifications
What We Seek
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position.
- Technical or engineering degree.
- Spanish native proficiency.
- English B1/B2.
- Deep knowledge of quality standards ISO9001 and EN9100.
- Knowledge of ISO14001 environmental management norm.
- Highly valued: Experience in aero standards & regulations.
- Highly valued: Experience with aero customers.
