Job Description
What will your responsibilities be? š
- Customer Meetings & Coordination
Represent the manufacturer inĀ daily/weekly meetingsĀ with customers to address material needs, failures, replacements, and documentation updates.
- Material Surveillance & Availability
Monitor andĀ anticipate spares needsĀ to ensure fleet availability.
Liaise with customers and theĀ central order deskĀ for proactive updates.
- Technical & Commercial Support
Validate material requests byĀ reviewing maintenance documentation.
Support the Central Team inĀ commercial/technical assessments.
Reporting & Prioritization
Prepare reports onĀ Materiel Services activitiesĀ andĀ orderbook analysis (Spares & Repairs).
EscalateĀ critical items, backlogs, grounded A/C, and quality issues.
IT Systems & Logistics
UpdateĀ manufacturer/customer IT systemsĀ for material tracking.
ManageĀ demand forecastsĀ and supportĀ IPLs, material orders, and spares inspections.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 yearsĀ inĀ services, supply chain, operations, logistics, quality, or material support.
- Spanish: Native level
- Required: Engineering degree; Aerospace/Aeronautical background is a plus.
-Ā 1+ year in aeronautical field, preferably inĀ maintenanceĀ (monitoring plans, manuals interpretation).
-Ā 6+ months in aeronautical logistics.

CONTRACT: 1 YEAR, PROBABLY EXTENDED, FULL TIME
