Job Description

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers and Letters of Intent (LOIs).
  • Manage employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience aligned with FAENA's culture.
  • Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR records in compliance with Saudi Labour Law.
  • Coordinate with government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, HRDF) to ensure timely registration, updates, and compliance.
  • Support Saudization (Nitaqat) tracking and ensure all data is accurately reflected in government systems.
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, addenda, and HR correspondence.
  • Coordinate training schedules, track attendance, and maintain training records for all team members.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits including medical insurance, GOSI enrollment, and leave management.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, escalating complex matters to the Assistant Director or Director of P&C.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal events. Plan and coordinate employee wellbeing and wellness activities, ensuring a healthy and positive work environment. Organize and execute National Day celebrations and other cultural and social events in line with FAENA's values. Administer employee satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and share results with the P&C leadership team. Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks including correspondence, scheduling, filing, and administrative support. Liaise with the Government Relations Officer (GRO) to coordinate all government platform requirements including Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and GOSI, ensuring timely processing of visas, work permits, and employee registrations. Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required by the P&C leadership team. Ensure all HR practices comply with the Saudi Labour Law, Ennismore policies, and FAENA brand standards.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED

  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR or People & Culture experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and government HR portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI).
  • Saudi national (required — position is designated for Saudi talent).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first mindset.
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of Saudization requirements and government compliance.
