Job Description
- Lead the overall operation of the spa, ensuring seamless daily performance and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement the spa's strategic vision in alignment with the Aliée brand philosophy.
- Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a talented team of therapists, reception, fitness, and wellness professionals.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and genuine hospitality.
- Ensure all treatments, wellness journeys, and guest experiences consistently exceed luxury hospitality standards.
- Manage departmental budgets, revenue strategies, forecasting, payroll, and cost control to achieve financial objectives.
- Drive retail performance through product knowledge, merchandising, and team development.
- Develop innovative wellness programs, seasonal offerings, and signature experiences.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Build strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and creating memorable, personalized experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and other departments to enhance the overall guest journey.
- Analyze performance metrics, guest feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Establish relationships with luxury wellness partners, suppliers, and industry professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Wellness Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' leadership experience in luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality operations, preferably within an internationally recognized luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of luxury wellness concepts, preventive health, longevity, and integrative wellness programming.
- Proven experience managing or collaborating with multidisciplinary wellness teams, including therapists, fitness professionals, nutritionists, and medical or clinical wellness practitioners.
- Familiarity with wellness clinic operations, advanced wellness technologies, diagnostic services, and medically supervised wellness programs is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence and service.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and revenue optimization.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with a guest-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in spa management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and operational reporting.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
