We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office while providing executive support to senior management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
At least 1 years of experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or Executive Assistant.
Proven experience managing executives' calendars and scheduling.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-service mindset.
