About the Role

MENCH is looking for a highly experienced Senior PPC to join our growing Performance Marketing department.

This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, knows how to lead clients and campaigns, and enjoys collaborating with creative and account management teams. You will be responsible for planning, managing, optimizing, and scaling performance campaigns across multiple platforms while mentoring team members and driving measurable business results.
Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multi-channel PPC campaigns for a diverse portfolio of brands and clients.
  • Develop performance strategies aligned with business objectives, including Lead Generation, E-commerce, Brand Awareness, App Installs, and other marketing goals.
  • Plan and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly media strategies and budgets.
  • Build, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Taboola, Teads, and additional advertising platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights backed by data.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Manage tracking, attribution, and measurement using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics solutions.
  • Leverage automation platforms such as Make, n8n, and Zapier to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance campaign management, reporting, creative ideation, and optimization processes.
  • Prepare and present strategic reports and high-value client presentations.
  • Lead client meetings and serve as a trusted performance marketing advisor.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Studio teams, Designers, Copywriters, and Creative teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Mentor and support PPC specialists while maintaining the highest standards of campaign execution.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on PPC experience, preferably in a leading advertising agency.

Proven expertise across major advertising platforms, including:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Taboola
  • Teads
  • and other digital advertising platforms.

Strong understanding of Performance Marketing and E-commerce strategies across multiple campaign objectives.

Advanced knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks.

Experience working with automation tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.

High proficiency in data analysis, optimization, and translating insights into business decisions.

Extensive experience building and managing ongoing A/B testing programs.

Ability to create strategic media plans on both annual and monthly levels.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Confident in leading client meetings and presenting to stakeholders.

Experience using AI tools within digital marketing workflows.

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of independently managing key client relationships.

Strong collaboration skills with Account Management, Creative, and Studio teams.

Experience working with established brands and managing complex performance campaigns.
