Join our team as an HR Operations Specialist, responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes—from attracting and hiring talent to onboarding and retention—while ensuring full compliance with Lebanese labor regulations and maintaining accurate employee records.
Job PurposeTo ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality HR operations that support business hiring needs, strengthen onboarding outcomes, uphold 100% documentation compliance, and reduce employee relations issues through effective guidance and stakeholder management.
