Job Title: Field Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Acute Care in the Home)
Location: Everett, WA (and surrounding Snohomish County)
Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: 165k to 175k/ year + Sign-On Bonus & Comprehensive Benefits
Schedule: 3 x 12-Hour Shifts Per Week | Consistent 4 Days Off
Some clinicians reach a point where the system they trained in—the frantic ED, the crowded inpatient unit—stops feeling like enough. You want more time, more connection, more impact. You want to solve problems at their root, not just treat the symptoms that walk through the door.
This role takes your high-acuity skills out of the facility and into the home. Your patient. Their environment. Your clinical judgment.
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver high-quality acute medical care directly to patients. Reporting to the Senior Director of Care Operations, you will have the autonomy to assess, decide, and act, backed by a dedicated team of paramedics, nurses, and physicians.
### Why This Work MattersThis isn't just another job; it's a chance to practice medicine in a more human way. We serve some of the most vulnerable patients in our communities, and your work directly prevents hospitalizations, reduces readmissions, and allows them to heal in the place they feel most comfortable: their home.
-
Practice with Purpose: Go beyond transactional care. Build meaningful, trusting relationships with patients and their families, becoming a key part of their health journey.
-
Top-Tier Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of [Your Verified Market Rate], a sign-on bonus, and a full benefits package because we believe top-tier clinicians deserve top-tier rewards.
-
True Work-Life Balance: Our 3x12 schedule gives you four full days off every week to rest, recharge, and live your life.
Licensed Professional: You hold a current, unrestricted State license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Experienced Clinician: You have at least 2 years (or 3,600 hours) of experience in relevant high-acuity settings such as the Emergency Department (ED), Inpatient Medicine, or Post-Acute Care.
EMS Background (Highly Desirable): Experience in EMS, particularly with IV access and field medication administration, is a huge plus.
Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced startup environments and have the ability to adapt your clinical skills to the unique needs of patients in their homes in diverse home settings.
Certified: Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
Mobile: You have a valid driver's license and the physical ability to carry equipment (up to 60 lbs) and navigate stairs.
