Bellman cum Driver - 5-Star Luxury Hotel - Saudi Arabia

Apt Resources is looking for a professional and guest-focused Bellman cum Driver to provide exceptional arrival, departure, and transportation services to hotel guests for a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel on the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The role requires maintaining the highest standards of hospitality while assisting with luggage handling, guest requests, and safe transportation services.

The successful candidate will represent the hotel’s luxury service standards by delivering a warm welcome, efficient assistance, and a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and professional approach.
• Handle guest luggage, including loading, unloading, and safe delivery to guest rooms.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and amenities.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements and coordinate airport transfers, hotel transfers, and local transportation.
• Drive hotel vehicles safely and professionally while following traffic regulations and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of hotel vehicles at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off services for guests, VIPs, and hotel management when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions, routes, and transportation options.
• Assist the Concierge and Front Office teams during busy periods.
• Maintain proper records of vehicle usage, mileage, and daily trips.
• Follow hotel grooming, uniform, safety, and service standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bellman, Driver, Concierge Assistant, or Guest Service role in a luxury hotel/hospitality environment.
• Previous experience handling hotel guests, VIPs, and executive transportation is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualification is an advantage.
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of local routes, landmarks, and transportation services.
• Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with excellent grooming standards.
• Ability to handle luggage and perform physical tasks when required.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel/resort environment and knowledge of luxury service standards is preferred.
