Automobile Storekeeper - Luxury Classic Auto Studio

Apt Resources is looking for an experienced Automobile Storekeeper to join a prestigious Luxury Classic Auto Studio in Dubai. The role involves overseeing spare parts, tools, automotive materials, and equipment required for vehicle restoration, maintenance, and workshop operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of automotive parts, excellent inventory control skills, and experience working in a premium automotive or workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize inventory of automotive spare parts, components, tools, consumables, and workshop materials.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Maintain accurate stock records, inventory systems, and documentation.
• Issue parts and materials to technicians and workshop teams based on approved requests.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or delays.
• Identify, label, and store parts properly to maintain quality and accessibility.
• Maintain records of rare, vintage, and classic vehicle parts with proper tracking.
• Coordinate with procurement, workshop, and maintenance teams for parts availability.
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration of parts.
• Follow health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the storage area.
• Assist in identifying suitable replacement parts or alternatives when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Automotive Storekeeper, Parts Coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience working with luxury vehicles, classic cars, restoration workshops, or premium automotive brands is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, tools, and workshop equipment.
• Familiarity with vehicle components such as engine parts, electrical systems, body parts, and mechanical items.
• Experience using inventory management systems or ERP software.
• Good understanding of stock control procedures and documentation.
• Ability to read parts catalogs, invoices, and technical documents.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and support workshop operations.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with technicians and suppliers.
• Knowledge of safety standards and proper storage practices.
