Internship in Deployment of Business Excellence (Communications & Project Management)

Job Description

• Developing templates for Internal Communication
• Video editing and recording for Internal publication & social media postings
• Design of internal promotional materials
• Drafting / Document the process workflows
• Support on process or workshop activities
• Setting up of process workflow
• Providing support for events & workshops by preparing materials & logistic arrangements
• Maintaining company internal website with updated information
• Providing support for events by liaising with respective departments
• Liaising and Follow-up with vendors
• Other ad-hoc administrative and tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Internship duration is more than 4 months
• Degree in Business Management / International Business / Business Administration /Project Management (Major in communication, improvements, management, or others related).
• Ability to engage & communicate well with all levels of people.
• Simple presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task
• An analytical person & able to understand processes.
• Competent in MS Windows like Excel, Words, PowerPoint

• Be able to provide Letter of Recommendation from university
