Quality Officer – Workshop Network, Mobility Aftermarket Division

Job Description

As a Workshop Network Quality Officer for the EA region within the Mobility Aftermarket division, you will be responsible for ensuring the regional Bosch Workshop network fulfills the defined operational standards and provides a high level of service quality in accordance with our Brand values. Working as part of an international team with both internal & external service providers, you will execute Workshop Assessment campaigns & support the development activities of our independent workshop partners throughout the Region.

Your key tasks will be to:

• Implement the Workshop Service Quality initiatives for the region by deploying the necessary tools & processes to measure Workshop Service Quality. This includes the definition of benchmarks and best practices.
• Monitor Workshop network quality based on defined KPIs, identify root causes and define countermeasures in alignment with the Workshop Concept Manager. Regular reporting to management on the status of network quality and the effectiveness of the measures.
• Support regional Workshop Concept Management activities to champion the development of Workshop Network Service quality.
• Coordination of Workshop Assessment Supplier & their related activities, including training & development of the individual assessors as necessary.
• Implement the Workshop Assessment Tool & support the related processes locally, such as training & user management.

Qualifications

• Min. 5yrs’ experience in Mobility Aftermarket business models, preferably with previous exposure to the Workshop environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business or Marketing field.
• Strong knowledge of the regional market & customer structure within the Mobility Aftermarket.
• Excellent communication skills, including a high level of proficiency in the English language (written & spoken). Additional language skills (e.g., German) are a plus.
• Strong IT, Analytical & Data Management skills to support continuous improvement activities.
• Quality first mindset with attention to detail & process orientation in your working methods.
• Experience of performing process or location audits preferred.

• Willingness to travel within the EA region (approx. 10%).
• A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong intercultural competence and a passion for collaborating in a multinational environment.
