En Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta buscamos un perfil estratégico para potenciar el desarrollo de los segmentos Corporate & Tour & Travel, en una posición clave dentro del equipo comercial.
Buscamos una persona con fuerte orientación a resultados, mirada de negocio y excelencia en el vínculo con clientes, que actúe como referente del segmento y figura clave del área comercial
Requisitos
•Estudios terciarios o universitarios (completos) en carreras afines al puesto
•Experiencia en hotelería / turismo
•Sólida gestión de cuentas corporativas y/o T&T
•Perfil proactivo, resolutivo y orientado a resultados
•Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación
•Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y orientación colaborativa
•Inglés avanzado
•Manejo de Opera PMS (deseable)

Principales Desafíos:
* Desarrollo, gestión y fidelización de cuentas corporativas y agencias
• Identificación de oportunidades y maximización de revenue
• Referente del segmento Corporate & T&T, impulsando los resultados comerciales
• Acompañamiento al equipo en la ejecución y seguimiento de cuentas
• Trabajo colaborativo con Revenue, Marketing y Operaciones
