Duty Engineer (Hotel Franchised)

Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of the hotel's engineering systems in line with Accor brand standards. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, respond promptly to maintenance requests, support energy conservation initiatives, and maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for guests and Heartists. You will collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Valid Electrical Engineer license or relevant electrical certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a hotel or commercial building.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, generators, transformers, motor controls, lighting, and preventive maintenance practices.
