We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager – AI & Generative AI who has successfully led the development and launch of AI-powered products from concept through production. This individual has served as the lead Product Manager for enterprise AI initiatives, partnering with business and technical teams to transform ideas into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution and has experience guiding AI product initiatives from ideation and business case development through implementation, adoption, and continuous enhancement. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing consulting role requiring the ability to influence stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Atlanta, GA preferred. Hybrid work environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered products, from ideation and discovery through delivery, launch, and adoption.
• Partner with client stakeholders to identify business opportunities and define AI product strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and manage product vision, roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and architecture teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Drive Agile product planning, prioritization, sprint execution, and stakeholder communication throughout the engagement.
• Evaluate customer needs, market trends, technical capabilities, and business priorities to make informed product decisions.
• Define KPIs and measure product success through user adoption, business outcomes, and continuous improvement.
• Balance strategic product leadership with hands-on execution, helping teams solve challenges and remove delivery obstacles.
• Champion responsible AI practices, including governance, risk considerations, and business adoption strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders while serving as the primary product leader for AI initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• 7-10+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of enterprise technology products.
• Demonstrated experience serving as the lead Product Manager for one or more AI-powered products, owning the product lifecycle from concept through production.
• Experience building products leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), machine learning, AI agents, conversational AI, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation.
• Ability to clearly articulate the AI technologies, platforms, and models you've leveraged while building AI products.
• Experience partnering directly with engineering, AI/ML teams, data scientists, designers, and business stakeholders throughout the AI product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile product management methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience defining product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and making strategic product tradeoff decisions.
• Consulting or client-facing experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives while remaining engaged in day-to-day product execution.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in rapidly evolving environments.
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and a desire to translate innovation into practical business solutions.
